Kate Upton got nothing but good press when she landed on the cover of the latest Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, but the 19-year-old model's latest project isn't getting the same reaction. It's not that she isn't sexy enough -- it's that she's a little bit too sexy. Well, that... and the cockroaches running their profane mandibles from a nearby dumpster.

The new commercial from Zoo York isn't as provocative as her Carls Jr. commercial, but there are two things that got it banned from MTV and Adult Swim, two relatively risque basic cable networks. First, her outfit doesn't do a superb job of hiding her "erect nipple" -- singular, their words. However, more prominent is the pair of cockroaches narrating the commercial with a series of profanity-laden skateboarding innuendos, including such subtle phrases as "backside," "grinding," and "f---ing c---sucker." Just to be safe, we'd rather link to the video (here) than post it below. Obviously, not safe for work. Do you think Kate Upton's recent ad is too racy?

The foul language wasn't necessary. The outfit is fine. I've seen less on people at Wal-Mart.

Like most are saying it's the language at the end that completely kills it. I've seen commercials with those skimpy kind of outfits on tv before so that's nothing new, I've seen a worse workout outfit on the 5 minute energy commercial. No one complains when they show lingerie commercials and they are obviously wearing less than this.

I'm sure men way say worse than this when talking about her bikini pics. She is wearing more clothes. Not to be vulgar, but my my nipples always show through my shirts(since they always look erect), it happens. The commercial is fine. Isn't like we haven't heard those words before.

I think the comments by the cockroaches are inappropriate. I didn't think Kate's outfit was too racy though. Still, I think the commercial is pretty lame. It's really over the top. It goes too far to be suggestive. But compared to other things out there, it's pretty soft core.

Compared to yesteryear, TV is the #1 peep show of today. In today's progressive society, no longer do you have to go down to red light district on Broadway, it's right in your living room. I'm suprised her cloths aren't painted on like those wholesome SI issues.

First, the last part with the cursing would have been bleeped or removed for TV anyway so just going by the rest, it was pretty tame. People need to loosen up. I have seen worse on the SHOWS they air.
