Is Zoo York's Kate Upton Commercial Too Racy for TV?

Kate Upton got nothing but good press when she landed on the cover of the latest Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, but the 19-year-old model's latest project isn't getting the same reaction. It's not that she isn't sexy enough -- it's that she's a little bit too sexy. Well, that... and the cockroaches running their profane mandibles from a nearby dumpster.
The new commercial from Zoo York isn't as provocative as her Carls Jr. commercial, but there are two things that got it banned from MTV and Adult Swim, two relatively risque basic cable networks. First, her outfit doesn't do a superb job of hiding her "erect nipple" -- singular, their words. However, more prominent is the pair of cockroaches narrating the commercial with a series of profanity-laden skateboarding innuendos, including such subtle phrases as "backside," "grinding," and "f---ing c---sucker." when there are women through out the western world walking streets in much worse
I've seen much worse commercials than this (Carls Jr Kate Upton Commercial for one), and the entire premise of the double entendre in this commercial is just played out.
