Linguistics. It's an English author. Dobby is spelled like Bobby. Phonemes match.
If it was D'oh-by, it would only have one 'b', like in Toby.

So, with that logic, the word read can only rhyme with lead? It can NEVER rhyme with the word seed? I also didn't know that names had to follow a strict rule like this - you should notify the people of Des Moines, Iowa!
