Is my chemical romances new album for 2012 still killjoys or are they reverting back to there WTTBP, revenge and bullets style of music?

The reason they play like they do know is because they're happier, the band has explained many times themselves, that they were not truly happy back then, if you go back far enough, Gerard, had so many problems with depression, drugs, and alcohol, they also explained that, that stage of the band was a part of the story to get where they are now. I say no to them changing again, I think the songs will be happy with a little bit of pumped up anger.

who dones? my thought is that itll be different than anything theyve ever done before. theyve done such a great job of staying away from the same sound over and over again, so they havent gone stagnant. but i cant wait for the new album regardless of its style XP

It's probably going to be something different than what they've done before because they're always talking about how they love changing up their style and staying true to themselves

Every album they've come out with so far has been so different from the last, so maybe they'll blow our minds with something new altogether?

I think it will be more like their Danger Days: so colorful and a bit angry but I don't think that they'll ever be like they used to in Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge or even I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love that was too dark and meaningful (not saying that their not meaningful anymore) for what they seem to be today. Their music is good anyways, I have no doubts about that so don't worry, they won't start kids sugared music soon :)). I've loved all of their albums, so either way it should be good! Black Parade was my favorite though ;) I have a few of their songs from their new album on my Ipod and they are amazing!!!! I can't wait until their new album comes out!!! Do u noe wen it comes out?

yeah i thought dangr days was alright, although i felt they were totally different band when i heard danger days

Same here! It certainly sounds nothing like them, but in a way once you found out it was them you'd say to yourself "of course". Because despite the futuristic/techno stuff, Danger Days was actually a really angry album. I hope they go back to something similar to Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge/ The Black Parade (dark stuff)
