And if you look reeeeeeeeeal close, you'd notice her wardrobe isn't all that different from what Disney dresses its other underage talent in.

Disney starlet Miley Cyrus has been under the gun for acting too "grown up" for her audience, but she's never let that stop her from having a good time.
This week, the 17-year-old threw caution to the wind and partied out in the open at the VIP Room in Paris, where the legal drinking age is only 16.
With ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth out of the picture, you can imagine the scandalous shockers that went on that night.
Actually, not much. Sources say at least two bodyguards were present, no signs of alcohol (at least not on camera), and her 23-year-old "LOL" co-star Ashley Greene was right there with her the whole time.
One source told Us Magazine that the girls didn't do anything "crazy," and when Greene got back that night she tweeted, "I want to take my hotel room and replicate it at home. So romantic."
So much for scandal. It looks like Cyrus doesn't need to be tamed after all. Though, her shirt was a bit transparent.

The french are generally a lot more responsible when it comes to alchohol only drinking what they need to have fun, wheras Americans, Australians and the British have a very "go out and drink as much as you possibly can" attitude. I don't like that my own country is included in that list, however there is ahuge culture of getting pissed in Aus.
Let's look into your future. Yes, yes... I see a stripper pole and your birthday suit.
Fact, all witness purports that the girl hadn't done anything crazy.
Fact, her only possible fault is her choice of wardrobe which is I might ad not an unusual choice for girls of that age grouping to go partying.
Look if she was a regular teenager she'd probably going to a party at some random guys house it hasn't been that long since I was that age I can still remember.
