With moms like these ... Lindsay Lohan's dad is PO'd that his ex-wife Dina Lohan was drinking in front of her troubled daughter at her 50th birthday party this Saturday. "After finding out Dina was drinking in front of Lindsay on her birthday, not only do I think it’s pathetic, but obviously she doesn’t think what anyone thinks of her as a mother," he told The New York Daily News.

LiLo's dad is also annoyed that Dina appears to be intoxicated in a promo for a "Dr. Phil" interview. "It’s absolutely disgraceful that a mother would appear on 'Dr. Phil' in the condition she was in and continue on the same path. Even more troubling is now she was drinking around and with Lindsay."

The manager of Mio Posto in Long Island, N.Y., tells the New York Daily News that Dina had a few "mixed drinks" at the small party. Lohan, 26, reportedly had "double vodka and club soda." Do you think the former rehabber should stop hanging out with her mom?

First thing when I got this title the focus was drawn to this statement ..

"Does she sound awesome or what?"

ARE YOU FREAKING OUT OF YOUR MIND???

Seriously .. what is 'awesome' about one nasty LUSH training so well the next generation of NASTY LUSH to 'learn the craft of being base, under the influence .. and being irresponsible in life?

I'd use two words about this type of posting ..

"GROW UP" ..

But I'm afraid those words are lost ..
for this is not even 'news-worthy' ..
it is just a desperate plea to extend the 15 seconds of fame..
and more of the same irresponsible conduct that is a vicious cycle ..

(and here in a little over 1 month .. I'll be placing on the gravesite of MY Grandfather .. who was MURDERED by a DUI Driver on my 5th Birthday .. Rest in PEACE Grandfather .. you shouldn't have died that day .. )

(MY grandfather DIED .. all because someone IRRESPONSIBLE and SELFISH POS was under the influence, and decided to drive and kill an innocent .. )

The mother is incredibly irresponsible and/or ignorant of the reality and seriousness surrounding alcoholism and drug addiction. Furthermore, I am sorry about your grandfather, but this has nothing to do with drinking and driving.

I just saw her on Dr. Phil.. I can see that Lindsay obviously has had one hell of a childhood by that interview but also I can see the pain and obvious damage that she (the mom) has taken and is going through.

I'm totally with you there. Both my parents were alcoholics... I "chose" not to be one. Genetics my ass. If I can do it so can others. I don't believe it's a disease it's a choice... and she can choose to be better than her parents. Rise above the trash...
