She is perfect the way she is. With a face as beautiful as hers, and a body that toned, the LAST thing she needs is big, sloppy fat bags ruining her streamlined look. The only reason a woman needs to rely on big jugs to get attention is if she has an ugly face, or nothing more to offer. Her small breasts are not "a turn off" or "an imperfection"...they make her even more petite and perfect.

I think..

People are all built differently. She's a lovely woman, and has small breast. They might or might not grow. Why does it matter? Personalities are better than looks (well, apparently not in celebrity life...)
