Is Justin Bieber an Inspiration to the Colorado Rockies?

The Colorado Rockies had an abysmal start to their baseball season, but that didn't stop their owners from staying patient and positive. That positivity has seemed to wear off on the players, who seem to be playing with more fire, passion, and most recently, success. What's been the main source of their inspiration? Justin Bieber. (Yeah, you read that right.)

It's unknown who is exactly behind the idea, but the Rockies have a life-size cardboard cutout of Bieber in their locker room, perhaps to appease the players' Bieber Fever. The cardboard cutout is so much like Bieber, it even says the word “swag,” which the Rockies have started to live by. No, kids, Bieber didn't invent the word “swag,” but he apparently has a lot if it. Or so the Rockies believe.

As odd as it sounds, the Rockies are playing much better and it could just be them finally rising up to their potential. Maybe all those early season losses just got tiring. Perhaps Bieber Fever really is the ultimate swag potion not even Hogwarts' Professor Snape could come up with. Whatever the case may be, Rockies fans have to be proud of their progress. Now if they could only get Justin Bieber to give them a motivating pre-game speech in the dugout... Never say never, right?
