Johnny Depp will pair up with "The Royal Tenenbaums" director Wes Anderson for his next movie, said to be called "The Grand Budapest Hotel," The Hollywood Reporter confirms. And it sounds a bit like cheating with his favorite Hollywood director, Tim Burton, to us!

Depp has starred in many Burton movies over the years, including "Ed Wood," "Sleepy Hollow," "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," "Corpse Bride," "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street" and "Alice in Wonderland." So, we have to wonder: Is the A-list actor ditching Burton for Anderson... who just so happens to have a hit right now with "Moonrise Kingdom"?

Depp's latest movie, next year's "The Lone Ranger," reportedly delighted fans at Comic-Con. However, his last movie, "Dark Shadows," by director Tim Burton, was a box-office disappointment.

Edward Scissorhands (1990) Tim Burton?
Please name me ONE successful Actor/Director team where it was exclusive?
Wayne & Ford? Nope! Stewart & Hitchcock? Nope! Washington & Lee? Nope!
Very simple, it's just not how the business works!
