What started out as a long-shot reality show has turned into an American anti-pop staple, but when the upcoming sixth season of "Jersey Shore" signs off this year, we'll never have to see Snooki or The Situation again. At least, not under the same roof. According to In Touch Weekly, the cast of "Jersey Shore" will not be returning for a seventh season.

An unnamed source told In Touch, "An executive producer announced that this season will be the last. She stressed to the cast that fans will remember them for this season, not the first, so they should bring their A game." Maybe that means they'll finally straighten themselves out, stop drinking, stop sleeping around, and work out their differences! Wouldn't that be something? Fat chance. Do you think this season will actually be the last of "Jersey Shore"? Or is it just another rumor?

This was kind of a stupid question. Of course it's ending, they JUST said so in the damn article! Besides it was obviously going to end. Two of the most well known cast members would have probably been put away if they participated. Snooki would have been in prison for child endangerment and The Situation would have been shoved in a Rehab.

If you want to know if I'm HAPPY about that, then no.

I actually kind of liked Jersey Shore. It wasn't that bad of a show as reality TV shows go. I didn't hate it, and actually watched the first few seasons. I won't really miss it, but I'll miss hearing about it.

Not that I actually know, but with everything I've heard, I wouldn't be surprised at all. Snooki's pregnant, Pauly's got his DJ thing going on, and no one wants to see the rest of them ever again if they aren't going to all be there and bringing what they've brought for the entire show.

I hope the show ends. It's like watching a train wreck happening. You hate it and it's just disgusting to watch, but your sick curiosity can't keep itself from continuing to do so. The only way it would stop is if they cut it.

This reality so called real life is no more than low dollar paid amateur acting at best. I am so sick of the fake rehearsed flaky out of control how not to live your life filler programing. We had good sitcoms and family oriented shows back when people had values and respect for traditional life styles. We see people trying to out do each other with far out bizarre controversial behaviors, common sense has become a thing of the past. I do like some of the NCIS, Blue Bloods and a few other TV shows, however the talented actors are few and far between. I think boycotting these reality shows and the advertisement products would send a message!
