What started out as a long-shot reality show has turned into an American anti-pop staple, but when the upcoming sixth season of "Jersey Shore" signs off this year, we'll never have to see Snooki or The Situation again. At least, not under the same roof. According to In Touch Weekly, the cast of "Jersey Shore" will not be returning for a seventh season.

An unnamed source told In Touch, "An executive producer announced that this season will be the last. She stressed to the cast that fans will remember them for this season, not the first, so they should bring their A game." Maybe that means they'll finally straighten themselves out, stop drinking, stop sleeping around, and work out their differences! Wouldn't that be something? Fat chance. Do you think this season will actually be the last of "Jersey Shore"? Or is it just another rumor?

I have never seen Jersey Shore, just seeing some of their participants as guests on other programs has kept me from watching it especially Looky Snooky. I say its about time it was ended lets just hope something worse doesn`t appear.

Jersey Shore is the most stupid and idiotic show TV has ever produced. Those kids have no manners, no respect for anybody, not even for themselves and it teaches our teenager it's great to be a slut, use foul language and beat-up others. I'm sickened by the thought that the next generation is living like that. Sad, really sad ... I hope this show is over.

Alll... well, things come to an end I guess. After six seasons we have seen quite enuff of Snooki n co. We have all seen it, hated it, loved it, or just ignored it, and now it is done. It is better for everyone I guess

Personally, I love Jersey Shore, but I can only be as honest as honesty can get. Jersey Shore shouldve been over with a long time ago. I've rarely ever seen anything but drama on jersey shore, and fighting and who need time for all of that catty-crap. to me, its just a bore. i used to like it, but then i woke up to figure out that it was a waste of time for me. ijs.

Yes, the show is over. Yet some will still be on T.V. and some are working on other projects, except for Deena of course. Deena's not doing crap. I'm actually looking forward to Snooki and Jwowws show.
