Jenny McCarthy is just a few months away from her 40th birthday, but she's not letting that stop her from doing the thing that made her famous nearly two decades ago. She's appearing on the cover of "Playboy" for the sixth time in the July/August edition, and she doesn't look any worse for the wear. Not only that, but she tells the magazine she had no reservations.

McCarthy said in the interview, "I'm not the girl with the ribbon holding her pinkie in her mouth, giggling. I still have that side to me, but this really strong chick came out." She also admitted her love life has improved recently, stating, "This point in my life has been the most fun, sexual extravaganza." So what do you think? Is Jenny McCarthy still sexy?

Celebrity women have so many different plastic surgeries,I wouldn't expect nothing but sexy. If she wouldn't have had those surgeries,would she still be sexy? Show me a woman who have grown old gracefully and that's what I'll call sexy and beautiful! I said yes,because she does look sexy but it's not naturally sexy,she had work done!
