Not one month after news that J-Lo's 25-year-old boyfriend Casper Smart had been promoted to head choreographer for her world tour, the guy's getting his own TV show. Smart reportedly landed a reality show on Oxygen this week, with a little help from his 42-year-old flame, of course. The show will focus on his "professional relationship" with Lopez, The New York Post reports.

This also gives more reason to believe Lopez might not return for "American Idol." She's already got her hands full with "Q'Viva! The Chosen" on Univisión, "South Beach Tow" on truTV, and of course, the twins. Now she's taking off on a world tour and launching a new reality show with her boy toy. Whatever the case, it's all working out for Casper Smart. Is J-Lo Hollywood's biggest sugar mama?
