Looks like Dakota Fanning, er, forgot something at home. The "Twilight" actress was photographed in New York wearing a long-sleeved T-shirt -- and no evidence of a bra underneath, The Daily Mail reports.

The 18-year-old also stopped short of putting on makeup, and looked somewhat disheveled -- at least by Hollywood actress standards! You're probably thinking: She has a right to run out for a quick errand, just like everyone else! But should women -- famous or not -- wear a bra at all times? At least in public? So you're telling me, just because she's famous she is required to wear a bra, have on makeup, hair all done and be wearing a cute outit all the time? She has on a big shirt, not a big deal if she isn't wearing a bra. Let it go people. There is bigger things in life that what a celebrity is wearing and doing.

I always seem to find when one doesn't wear a bra (unless it's under a big hoodie or something of that sort where it's relatively unnoticeable) it puts off a lazy careless vibe. Or somewhat slutty. Either way, i wouldn't think of it as something woman should do often. Plus I live in Wisconsin where it's freezing most of the year and there are some heavier ladies... Neither of which is a great thing braless..

Women have a right to comfort, but comfort denotes one's loss of modesty or care for image. Perhaps this is a one-day problem about sleeping too late and forgetting a bra, but I hope women remember the purpose of their bras.

As is panties, earrings, pants (people wear dresses), shoes too in most places. I walked in a bookstore without shoes before. Then again, they weren't too strict. I loved Borders!

Nudity doesn't bother me but walking around barefoot is nasty. You get your feet all up in that spit, chewing gun, cigaret ash, engine oil, urine, dog poop, bird poop, dead bugs, rotten food, animal entrails and all the bacteria and viruses that fester there. No, and that's the problem. Stupid decency laws give police the power to arrest women who go topless in public. And the power to arrest includes the use of lethal force. It reflects despicably on American society for our erroneous notions of justice and morality.

It should be okay for anyone to go topless! In general, it should be okay for anyone to do whatever they want as long as they aren't using force or fraud against others. The injustice of decency laws is that they criminalize victimless behavior.

They say that going braless is fine as long as you don't have enough boob to hold a pencil under it. However, I've seen very heavy breasted women in T-shirts without bra's and they look like cows with nipples with their udders swinging from side to side. I'm not jealous, I'm heavy breasted as well but would never dream of going without a bra. I need support. Just think........when those heavy braless women get old they'll need to just throw them over their shoulders!!! Maybe by then they won't really know if they're coming or going anyway.

Bras are annoying but they provide needed support for our *girls*. I can't wait to get home to take off my bra after a hard days works and let my boobs breathe a little.
