Looks like Dakota Fanning, er, forgot something at home. The "Twilight" actress was photographed in New York wearing a long-sleeved T-shirt -- and no evidence of a bra underneath, The Daily Mail reports.

The 18-year-old also stopped short of putting on makeup, and looked somewhat disheveled -- at least by Hollywood actress standards! You're probably thinking: She has a right to run out for a quick errand, just like everyone else! But should women -- famous or not -- wear a bra at all times? At least in public? You see, to be honest it really depends. I'm a small girl for the most part (115 pounds) but I just happen to have 32D breasts. I went outside without a bra and got attention that I didn't want so I didn't do it again. But to each her own.

Thanks...it was the only frame of reference I could find...I personally never leave my house without a bra...but not everyone feels the same and the choice should be theirs...as long as they still wear a shirt what does it really matter... :)

I even feel this..."No Shirt...No Service" should NOT apply to Women over 18! In fact...This COULD be good for MANY business's when female customers are bra-less (even topless)!!!

PLEASE Do NOT give our Government ANY Ideas. We are already wearing Seat-belts "For Our Safety" Please do not encourage "bra safety Laws" so when running, Women would not get black eyes. (Or something else stupid government could dream up)
