Looks like Dakota Fanning, er, forgot something at home. The "Twilight" actress was photographed in New York wearing a long-sleeved T-shirt -- and no evidence of a bra underneath, The Daily Mail reports.

The 18-year-old also stopped short of putting on makeup, and looked somewhat disheveled -- at least by Hollywood actress standards! You're probably thinking: She has a right to run out for a quick errand, just like everyone else! But should women -- famous or not -- wear a bra at all times? At least in public? Where I live, it's legal to walk outside topless. Male, or Female. So wearing a bra or not doesn't matter. xD

I see no reason why not. Being a 34B, I don't even wear bras all the time. Even then, it's my choice whether I do or do not. Fashion hasn't "declared" bras a must anyway because there are some dresses/outfits in general where they "tell" you not to wear one.

As long as they don't get mad at me if I happen to glance in that direction for a literal second.
And I don't mean staring or commenting but it can be hard not to notice and think to yourself in your head " wow she looks nice."
Wear them, don't wear them. Your choice.

People need to grow up and behave like adults. Who decreed anyway that women should be perpetually trapped in those horrid uncomfortable things. And they're not good for the lymphatic system, restricting the healthy flow of lymph through the body.

I've gone out in public without a bra but I always feel awkward. Unless it's a top that designed in a way that wearing a bra with it would be weirder than going bra less. But just a t-shirt... I like wearing a bra under.

The are constricting and painful at times. Even the best ones are a form of bondage if socially mandatory. if nipples showing is the real problem, there are other solutions, besides I can see men's nipples all the time popping up under their clothes in public. If we can't get over this juvenile social dysfunction of dissecting each persons level of acceptability based on what they wear, than evolution of the Human spirit/soul will have to wait a few more millennia, I suppose.

It's all on personal choice, there is no law the states women must wear bras, they're just an accessory. :-) Although It is kind of disturbing being around someone bra less because you just can't quit staring, if you don't have a problem with people staring then It's alright :)

As long as the individual woman is comfortable with it and if it doesn't cause major distractions i.e. a formal workplace then let the tits be free. I enjoy seeing pert nipples and a firm pair of jogs heaving to and from under a shirt.
