I believe that geographically it is in the region known as "Oceania" along with other places like polynesia, guam and Australia (which is considered a continent in it's own right).

The State of Hawaii is in the northern Pacific Ocean, about 2,400 mi WSW of San Francisco. It is approximately 4,000 miles from Hawaii to Tokyo, Japan (Asia). While it's definitely not "in Asia", the real question is why the press continue to give a pass to the liberals.

geographically speaking, Hawaii is in Asia, same way the Caribbean is part of the "Americas" doesn't mean the Caribbean is linked to north or south america, its just geographically in the same area, so it is generally part of the continent...

LOL, Hawaii lies 2,500 miles off the coast, in the middle of the Pacific Ocean! Hawaii consists of 132 islands. which were formed by undersea volcanoes. I guess Obama could see parts of Asia from Hawaii, lol. One thing I know for sure is ....that a lot of Asian people live in Hawaii!

Hawaii is one of the 50 states in the United States of America. It may be in the same hemisphere as Asia but I don't believe it is in asia.

Is this a joke? It's in Asia-Pacific. And since when does the President have to be born in North America? This might come as a bit of shock, but believe it or not the United States isn't entirely in North America!

Hawaii has always been in the Asia-Pacific region, and I don't know how anyone would argue that it's possible in North America.

Hawaii is closer to the North American continent than the Asian continent.
However, Hawaii is an island chain belonging to neither continent.

It is not Asia-Pacific . . . but the Philipine islands are.
And the distance from the Phillippines to Hawaii (5293 miles) is longer than the distance from North America to Hawaii (2281 miles)

Barack Hussein O'Blunder flubbed it again.
And yes, if a Republican candidate had made this mistake, they would have been unmercifully crucified by the media.
