Is Charlize Theron really African-American

She was born in South Africa and came to the US to become a citizen. She is more African-American than most black Americans.

she was born in south africa but her mother is german and her farther was french. that's makes her african but not african american in the way we commonly use the term here in america describe black people. she just became a naturalized american citizen last may.

Her mom is German, her Dad's French.
