I think this is a personel perference however, when I look at another woman to judge beauty my first choice would be Kate Middleton or Pippa they are true beauty without all of the makeup.

We're taking "face" pretty, right? This lady is pretty.

She is stunning! There are, however, many other beautiful women in the world and some are even beautiful on the inside! ;-) (and I am not implying that she is not) How in the world could you ever qualify or quantify such a statement?

This is a opinion question and somebody had to win, why not Beyonce.

I've seen Beyonce without ANY makeup, and she IS beautiful. But THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN in the world? No, there are LOTS of beautiful women in the world, really.

There are tons of women just as beautiful or more so all over the world. It think its silly People Magazine even does this.

I guess its all a matter of opinion but I don't think she's that pretty. If I was gonna choose someone to look like it'd be Eliza Dushku. I think she's gorgeous AND badass.

Love the picture! Yes, she is a beauty and she looks good without makeup too. To me, that is real beauty. Beyonce is beautiful but she is not the most beautiful woman ever. I find Sanaa Lathan and Halle Berry to be more beautiful than she is.

Many others since beauty is in the eye of the beholder. There are beautiful women out there that would never appear on People magazine and yet they are probably more beautiful than her in a natural and more realistic way that many of us could relate to. Beyonce got the votes from the editors to sell more copies of the magazine since she is a recognizable name. Beyonce has a cadre of make up artists, hair dressers, designers, stylists, jewelry designers loaning her the best pieces, the best photographers, under these circumstances, even the most ordinary person can look beautiful. Take a look at her sister, Solange, who lives almost an ordinary life. Beyonce and her sister resembles each other and when her sister walks down the street, she would not be turning heads because Solange does not have an entourage like Bey. That's all I am saying.

So does Michelle Obama however, all of this does not help her. You must have some beauty that radiates from within also.

I agree but Michelle Obama is not a beautiful woman in the sense of the word. It is her intellect and confidence and the way she dress and carries herself that makes her beautiful.

Mrs Michelle Obama is a "BEAUTIFUL" woman! Why do you think there is variety?? "BEAUTY IS IN THE EYE OF THE BEHOLDER"! Meaning what you might think is beauty, I might not think it's beautiful to me! "CONFIDENCE IS BEAUTIFUL" we have many of women who lask Self-Esteem and they can be beautiful on the outside and believe they are "UGLY"! Are you for real? The way Michelle Obama dresses is so outdated. When have you ever seen a designer that puts a dress with a sweater on a first lady? Please tell me you have not seen this horrible pants she wears that make her behind look like a caboose on a train thirty minutes after the engine has passed.

You did not burst my bubble quite the opposite. I am now really postive that she looks like something that just cannot come together regardless of the money spent to expedite the process. Try going to a designer class or maybe glasses would help.

Most likely just a common girl somewhere in this world. But beauty is in the eyes of the beholder so anyone can be that person.

Beyonce is very attractive, but I wold have to say not the most beatiful woman in the world. I can't say that anyone is the most beautiful woman because beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
