Unforunately the government always have to have their greasy hands in everybody's pocket whether you want them to or not. I am sorry to say you just have to grin and bear it! Our government is out of control and has been for a very long time that is why our U.S is in the situation it is in now....eventually we might end up being communist country (no individual say at all). That would be really sad. Our government STEALS from Americans everyday and not a damn thing we can do!!!

Here's what you need to do, call H&R; block or some tax place for advice and sit down with them and they will give you the best advice, they will tell you how much tax will be taken out of if you are allowed to cash out on it. Laws differ in states so I wouldn't ask legal advice on here, you may get the wrong info.

It depends on how it's set up. Is it held in a trust?

p.s. I wouldn't give money to a Juggalo. They'd spend it on Faygo.
