Inception, the 2010 science-fiction thriller by Christopher Nolan, had good reviews from friends. I saw most of the movie on an airplane, but I had to turn it off before the ending. I got interrupted and had to stop watching it about 15-minutes before the ending. Should I re-watch Inception for the ending?

The description of Inception from IMDB:
In a world where technology exists to enter the human mind through dream invasion, a highly skilled thief is given a final chance at redemption which involves executing his toughest job to date: Inception.
I hear that the ending of Inception twists the entire plot.

Sure, watch it. Unless I missed something subtle, it does resolve things and doesn't leave you wondering what the hell happened, or if the story is lost in boxes in boxes in boxes.

The movie had too many layers and layers of nonsense that made it especially difficult (for me anyway) to suspend disbelief long enough to enjoy it fully. While I was somewhat entertained, I wasn't left thinking, "WOW- That was an AMAZING movie" like so many had said it would be.

What?! Of course you watch the ending! This movie was one of the best ever as far as the plot being unique.

I've actually seen it 4 or 5 times, and I'm still picking up things that I missed during the previous viewings.

I watched that movie & it wasn't all that great in my opinion boring more then anything, but the writers, & producer's had a good idea for a different movie but it could have been better.

The ending is perhaps the most memorable part of the movie. Though I don't know if you'll like it depending on your tastes in movie endings. I'd recommend watching it though, you could always skip to the part you missed if you don't feel like watching the whole thing again.
