Most that I get are small pink bumps that just sit there and go away on their own eventually, and you can't pop them anyway so I leave them alone. But on the rare occasion that I get a big pussy one, you bet I'm going to pop it! The old advice that it's never better to pop a pimple really isn't true. If it's yellow, it will go away much faster if you do. Just be clean and gentle about it...use a needle and rubbing alcohol, not your fingers. Sorry if that was TMI, I've just read a lot about skin and wanted to share.reply
