The same logic goes for Georgia, who plays Georgia Tech.
Oregon plays Oregon State, who is ranked, likewise Florida against Florida State. If all the higher ranked teams beat the lower ranked teams, with the exception of Notre Dame, I would put Notre Dame as #1 and Florida as #2. Florida would have beaten the higher ranked team of all those behind Notre Dame.
