Lacey Brown actually gave our favorite performance of the Top 16 girls, singing Brandi Carlile’s “The Story” – it’s an interesting song to begin with, but Lacey made us really love it.

Lacey has gone further than anyone ever expected. She’s good in a pleasant, mellow way — but she might be a little too pleasant and a little too mellow.
