I REALLY need help finding this Trance/Techno song!!!

I heard it on the radio in 2002 so it's probably kind of old. The singer was male and I'm not 100% sure if these are the correct lyrics (as a matter of fact, they could all be completely wrong because I Googled them and nothing came up) but it SOUNDED like he was saying something along the lines of: "Cordelia, will you be alone, will you be at home, will you say I'm sorry". Not sure if "Cordelia" is right (or any of the other lyrics) but it's all I can remember and the reason I think he's saying "Cordelia" is because it sounds like he's saying a name and that's the closest name I can make out of what he's saying. I love this song (whatever it is) and will be GREATLY appreciative if someone can help me find it like maybe on YouTube or something. Thanks!
