they definatly have six cos there is pax, zahra and maddox who r addopted and knox, vivienne and shiloh their biological kids

they have the twins: vivienne and knox, shiloh, maddox, pax and sahara, so that makes six, you can't see pax in the picture in one of the comments below because he is holding shiloh and laying back on the bed so his face isn't shown.

She has 3 adopted kids Maddox from Cambodia, Sahara from Africa, and Pax also from Cambodia. The she has 3 biological kids; Shilo, Knox, and Vivienne. (This is also the correct age order.) By the way Vivienne and Knox are twins. so 6 is the correct answe
