How do you switch from ubuntu to windows7?

i have a laptop and it had windows7 on it. my friend made me try ubuntu and later, she told me it's permanent. is there a way to switch from ubuntu back to my regular windows7?? if so, how??

MAYBE....

Did you laptop come with Windows 7 cd? If not then i don't know. You can change it back you just have to install Windows 7 back on there.
