I think it is a sad testimony to ABC that they make you break up with someone on national television. Let's not forget that these are real people. Poor Melissa! I think Jason is fickle! I felt really sorry for him when he went through this with DeAnna.....not so much anymore!!! Let's not forget that in the last three months he has, no doubt, had a sexual relaitonship with Melissa...shouldn't go there...and NOW rather than work a little harder on his relationship, as he SHOULD, he is going to ditch that and move on with Molly! He said he has taken a couple of trips with Melissa, so we know that they have moved on sexually...bad move to do that and then just drop her. Her heart has moved forward to another plain with him. Men don't seem to take that as seriously as women do. He was WRONG to use her and toss her aside. Molly needs to look back over the break up really closely before she gives her heart to Jason. He's not a bad person, he is just committment shy. He should not have handed out an engagement ring so fast if he was not ready to be committed to a relationship....period!! That is why this show has ony worked ONE time in it's history! Who knows....he may be married to DeAnna by this time next year!!!

First of all- I've never seen the Bachelor! :P I never know when it's on (it's like that with a lot of shows with me....same old excuse! lol) also too though, I expected the show to bomb because it seemed so dumb.
But my Mom watches it and she told me what happened- sounded like that guy is a jerk and the girl he dumped is a jerk. And the girl he chose in the end was a jerk too?
So yeah- maybe I'll watch it next time so I can have my own opinion ;-]
So why am I here answering this question you ask? I guess I'm just a little interested now that it's still on- I guess I was wrong! ;o)

I am so fired up about this that I could have punched someone. He is an absolute dog for what he did. This is what is wrong with our society. We make commitments so half hazardly, and he knew better because of what he went through. What an absolute jerk! A very little man.

They had an after the rose ceremony part 2 last night where they had Molly and Jason on again to see where they are. I have to admit that I got carried away with the fact that they seemed happy together and so in love. Then I would remember what he did to Melissa, and probably ruined her for life about relationships even though she said that she would move on. Then I got so made all over again!!! Grrr....

Me too....especillay when they started kissing again when they went to a commercial break. Did you hear the comment Jason made when he said he thought he handled himself with integrity? I wanted to grab him off the tv screen and slap him!! Integrity??? He CLEARLY does not know the meaning of the word!! Does the man know he is going to reap TEN times what he sows?? Look out TY! We need to put him on our prayer list now!!

You are right, there is no integrity. He said on the other show 2nd part that he never lied to Melissa. That is so much bologna! He just said that he wanted to marry her and spend the rest of his life with her!!! Hmmm.....that is not lying these days I guess.

I would have felt exactly the same way as you, but I got something totally different out of it. While following it the whole season and watching the relationship between he and Melissa develop, I always believed that she did not fall in love with him. I felt as though she became totally infatuated with him and that is so different, in my opinion :) And when he told her that he was going to break it off, I didn't get any sense at all that she was "hurt" , but rather just very angry (which I don't blame her at all!!) I liked Melissa. I just don't think that it ever would have worked out for them...her heart wasn't 100% there, I didn't think.
I really believe that it will work out for Jason and Molly. They'll be another Trista and Ryan...lol That is a happy ending :)

Melissa said in the car ride home from her rejection that she was expressed all that anger to cover up all her hurt. Anger usually comes from hurt. He is a jerk and a flake. He has a son in all of this and all he can think of is himself. He was married before, so not a strong committer. The way that he did this and everything just does not sit well with me, and never will. This is what is wrong with society that does not commit to the decisions they have made. Just drives me crazy! He should not have given Melissa the ring if he even thought that he had the same feelings for both of them. It is not a happy ending, because many people are devestated. I think that Melissa will never trust again, how can she?

You know what though? Wouldn't you rather follow your heart and not have any regrets in your life....that wouldn't be fair to anyone. Melissa, I believe was much more infatuated with him rather than in love with him. There's a BIG difference there. She wasn't really that hurt, she was more pissed off (which I don't blame her for being), but I really think that she will get over it really quick...she made that quite clear. I did like Melissa, she was cute and fun and all of that....but, just not for him :) Molly is truly in love with him and I know that they'll have a really good life together....wanna make a bet on it?! ha, ha! Yes, he picked Melissa. He had a hard time deciding because he was in love with both of them. It was so sad because I just knew that Molly really, truly loved this guy. She was SO heartbroken and told him that he was making a big mistake. I think that Melissa was more infatuated with him. Anyway, they got engaged. THEN on the after the rose show that they have after the final episode...he told Melissa that he was still in love with Molly and couldn't stop thinking about her for the last six weeks and he broke it off with her! They had spent the holidays together and everything and he told her that he was conflicted with his feelings during that time. She had no idea that he was going to break it off with her tonight though. So he did and she got really pissed off. She left the show and then they had Molly backstage and she knew that she was going to come out and see him. First they brought her out to speak with the guy that runs the show (I forget his name..lol) and she told him that she was really nervous about seeing him again. She said that it was the hardest time of her life and that she was still in love with him, but she just wanted him to be happy and that she hope that Melissa would make him happy.
