Why wouldn't she be? I don't think it's up to people here to decide who is or isn't fit to be a parent. It's actually great that she's adopting and providing a kid with a good life.

I think so. It seems to me that Holly has been longing to nurture and be a mother for awhile now, and that usually means that person will be very devoted. Obviously, she has the means for hired help, but I get the instinct that she wants to be a hands on mom as much as possible. Hopefully I am right and she will make a great mom. I think that when you yearn for that role for a long time, all you want is to make that child the center of your world, and your past lifestyle doesn't have to change that. I wish Holly all the best.

This is such a fruitless argument! I may have answered this question, but I don't sit around dwelling and analyzing Holly or any celebrity for that matter. My life is far too stressful and I have way too many important matters to think about. That's why every so often I will give my "opinion" on this type of question...because it isn't important, and it gives me a short escape from the real issues of my daily life...The fact that you clicked on this question when you already knew it was about a "stupid bimbo" that you don't care about makes it obvious you are just looking to start an argument. She was always the one who wanted to settle down with Hef and have babies (don't ask me how because his sperm is probably little more than dust at this point). Also, by a Brit's definition of "fit" meaning "hot or sexy" yes, Hollly will be a very fit mom.

If you adopt, you are a mommy. "You take someone's kid and then pretend to be a mommy" Are you delusional? Some kids don't have parents, some kids are mistreated and neglected by their parents, that is WHY there is such a thing as adoption. Adoption is beautiful, you're taking in a child and treating it as your own. My parents adopted my sister and brother and we love them to death. They ARE their parents and they ARE my brother and sister. If you honestly think adoption is stealing a child you need to be checked out by a specialist. Either that or you have had your own kid taken and you're just bitter. Seeing as your answer seems quite evil and VERY uneducated, your opinion is irrelevant.

First of all, how can you condemn the woman for not finding a guy she loves?? And really, tell any parent who's ever adopted that and they'll probably punch you in the face, and with good reason. Just because you adopt doesn't make you any less of a parent. Just because you didn't give birth to it doesn't mean it's not your kid. Those people are the ones who are there for the kids when they're scared or hungry or sad. That's not pretend, okay? That's parenting! How can you say they're "just taking someone's kid and pretending to be a parent"?? And honestly, who are you to judge her actions and decisions?
I usually try not to judge people online and I think everyone has a right to their own opinion but gotta say, this is one of the few times I've read something so stupid that it's made me lose it.

i think she has a very bad reputation.once her daughter/son grows up they are most likely to be teased because of their mothers reputation.

Just as the saying goes it takes more than sperm to be a father, it takes more than an egg to be a mother., she has a nurturing personality, she appears to be one that will have fun with the child and make him or her smile, and here is another qoute, don't judge a book by its cover, a lot of these playboy models, strippers as well as dancers, do it because its fast money needed for thier education, they've graduated universities as doctors, lawyers, in areas of science, etc... while i wish more of our children were adopted as it seems everytime we hear of someone thats a newsmaker adopting anymore its from another country and not our own homebase, i find comfort in knowing another child is at least being saved., i wish her luck in her adoption processs, as well as in her efforts in raising said child.

She seems like a genuine person, truly. Of course she has a Hollywood persona that she has to maintain, but she's not a dumb teenager who wants to get knocked up. She's a business woman in her thirties that probably has a lot of love to give, and wants to give it to an unfortunate child, born to ill-equipped parents. There's nothing wrong with that.
