Have you ever thought that Twilight made VAMPIRES look gay?

vampire diaries are cool,, but when i watched twilight they made them glittery, shine like damn bling blings... but yeah.. answer the question and comment,, whats your opinion?
** i dont mean that gay is a bad thing,, i just mean that they made them less scarier**

I wouldn't use "gay", but "Twilight" took away some of the luster that we associated with vampires back when they burned, not sparkled. I know one thing though, Bella frickin Swan blows my life. B*tch should've died when Tyler almost hit her with the van. I've been Team Tyler since "Twilight" came out.
If you want to read a modern vampire romance novel that has the original vampire stereotypes, I suggest the "Vampire Kisses" series

or a more mature series "Black Dagger Brotherhood"

Nope, the person who wrote that damn book ruined what vampires were known for. Instead of using the term gay, just use different wording so people won't jump on you for using it in that way and offending them.

Honestly it was the Anne Rice novel and the movie Interview with the Vampire that made Vampires look gay. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with that just saying that's all. For me, Twilight made Vampires ... not look like Vampires at all
