Met Randy Travis at the market square in San Antonio, he and his "posse" were loading up a six foot tall wooden indian into his bus, it was so funny and he was cool about it, also met tne first Batchelor from the series, Batchelor Bob a couple of times, his sister lives across the street from me, once I was helping his dad (unknowingly) change a flat tire, when Bob and his brother in law JD, who I know real well pulled up and took over and Bob and I just chatted away, cool dude, down to earth considering
I bumped into Eliza Dushku in Vancouver back in '03. I mean literally bumped into her on the street. I was walking around the corner and wasn't looking where I was going, then all of a sudden I run into someone. We both started apologizing and it wasn't until I saw her smile that I realized who I'd run into. I went totally space monkey on her! hee hee I just stared at her wide eyed and blurted out a squeak of "Holy shit... You're Eliza Dushku..." Now, bear in mind that I usually don't squeak when talking to people. I'm usually not that girly. ;) But right there my brain just froze. She was really cool about it, though. She's an awesome chick, and seriously cool. And if you think she looks hot on TV, you should really see her in person. ;) As if my girl crush on her hadn't been bad enough before I ran into her. hee hee ;)
When I was 3 I met the guy that played Steve on Full House. I sometimes tell people(mostly friends) that he was my first boyfriend haha. I've met a lot of musicians too, they were all very sweet.
I was working at the Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, South Lake Tahoe. I was checking lift tickets and met Bill Cosby. I had to step on his skis to keep him from sliding away..He said, "Hey, don't step on my skis" and laughed. We cracked up together. He's a funny guy!
Not me, but my mom SWEARS that she saw Donnie Wahlberg at a MCDonald's a few months ago while coming back from CA. I was with her, but I didn't see him -- if that was really him.
Yes and this will age me when much younger,my family lived in California and one Sunday on our way to the beach we stopped to get gas and Susan Hayward, pulled in and Having trouble putting gas in her shiny Cadillac my Dad offered to help and filled her car.
quite a few..being from Arkansas, Billy Bob Thornton, probably the most famous one, he's a real dickhead but he has talent...and the Violent Femmes when they came to Little Rock a few years ago, sat on their bus with them and drank some beer. They're not as cool as I thought they'd be though. Then there's Johnny Lang, met him at the casino once and drank with his saxophonist...Bill Clinton of course, Mike Huckabee too, Willie Nelson when I lived in Irving, Adam Carrol, Radney Foster, Chris Duarte(another dickhead) and a few others that slip my mind right now
I worked at Barneys in Chicago for a while and I met all kinds of celebs... my proudest moment was when I made Robin Williams and John Cusak laugh (separate occasions).
I used to deliver and install fitness equipment and delivered to M. Night Shyamalan twice. He was very friendly he sat on his recumbent bike and talked with me while I built his multi-gym. I was an Independent Pro Wrestler and met many famous wrestlers like King Kong Bundy, Superfly Jimmy Snuka, Big Poppa Pump, Nikolai Volkof, Balls Mahoney, Larry Zbyszko, The Barbarian, Stevie Richards, The Bushwackers, I know there is more but I've had about 200 concussions and can't remember. Oh, I almost forgot, Bam Margera lives in my town.
The most memorable for me is Queen Elizabeth II, when I was a ten-year-old. I presented her with a bouquet. She was actually really down to earth and lovely...

my grandpa is heavily involved with the democratic party in hawaii and he met Obama and got to interview him and write an article about his campaign. thats pretty cool.
Like my family, I'm really in the political scene so most of the people I know are politicians. To name a few:
Politicians: 1) President Ronald Reagan and First Lady Nancy Reagan in 2002 2) President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama in 2009 3) President George W. Bush in 2006 and later again in that same year. 4) Senator Edward Kennedy in 2007 5) Senator John McCain in 2009 6) Vice President Dick Cheney in Casper, Wyoming 2009
Non-Politicians 1) Howie Long, he's was filming a Chevy commercial in Montana 2) Martina McBride, have to add that she was an awesome person. 3) this past summer I was standing in line for water at the Oregon State Fair and Katy Perry was standing right behind my niece and I. She was obviously trying to stay hidden from the crowd so we didn't blow her cover. Amber (my niece) turn around and whispered that she really liked her music to her and she damn near panicked when someone recognized her. She was very nice about it though, she just smiled said "thank you" and auto-graphed my niece's ticket to her show that night. It was an awesome show by the way.
