Look towards the end of the film, the scene in the hospital. You'll see a young Ed O'Neill (Al Bundy) as a deputy sheriff in a bit part.

Yes.... I wasn't right for about a month after I saw it.... Even now if Iam asked what the most disturbing film I have ever watched is..... I always say Deliverance.
