Oh Kate. Normally I wouldn't really care about this, but it somewhat infuriated me when I thought about the children that she has. Rumors are spreading around the internet that Kate Gosselin has received a botox injection (not a cheap procedure) and it has gone horribly wrong.
Many have pointed out that Ms. Gosselin should be focused on her children, and not spend money on plastic surgery. I agree with that assessment, but Kate is not the only one who should take the blame.
Fame may have destroyed her and possibly her family. A constant pressure to look good in front of a camera can be overwhelming and lead an obsession with plastic surgery. This may have lead to her horrible botox injection and other plastic surgery mishaps. However, Kate Gosselin did decide to put herself in the spotlight by publicizing her pregnancy and never passing up a chance to appear on television.
What do you think? If fame and the media to blame for a celebrities erratic behavior?

+3Should be left alone and everyone needs to stop complaining about her botox screw up. I doubt she's too poor to afford it and I really doubt having botox done is going to have lasting mental effects on her children so everyone needs to stop caring about reality tv stars and focus on REAL news!
I would suspect they had no idea what they were really opening themselves up to, or how dysfunctional they both were. They both probably did the best they could do with the situation.
I think she is still trying to do the best she can. I'm not in their shoes, I don't care to make a negative judgment about either of them.
I hope she become happy and make a 100 million dollar's ........Best be worried about your own back yard..............I'm sure there plenty of trash in it.................
She does come across at times (as a liar) at least with how she seems to be apprehensive with her remarks and looks for approval on what she says. In either case I believe she is just fine and should probably be left alone.

Kate, you have EIGHT CHILDREN to take care of. Stop being a drama queen looking for attention and BE A MOTHER for once.
At least the kids will have book offers to support themselves once they are old enough to write.
Guess that makes me just as much an expert as anybody else, eh?
I did watch an episode of 'American Chopper,' where the Teutel boys delivered her a mucho-mucho-thousand dollar motorcycle as a present to her husband. This, just before the supermarket tabloids proceeded to rip their marriage apart.
Couldn't help but ponder ~~ with all the strains of an unsuccessful marriage, and the very REAL necessities of raising eight kids ~~ what are they THINKING? Pissing away [ what? ] fifty, seventy-five, a hundred grand on a stupid motorbike?
The financial judgement of both John and Kate get severely called into question here. And for THIS totally uninterested viewer, I've never bothered to twist my TV dial to see how things turned out.
I also wouldn't say fame destroyed her. Every "celebrity" in the spotlight has some work done on them. Especially with HDTV as it is now. You can see every little line and hair stray the picture is so clear. If I were in the spotlight I would want to look my best. Her getting Botox says nothing about her as a mom. It just says she wants to look her best. Did you see her stomach after she had those kids? I don't fault her for getting that fixed.
I think what is destroying that familly is the paparazzi. The lady cannot even pee without a camera in her face.
I do however come to her defense when sexist people slam her on working and doing dances with the stars. When men work people dont say he should be at home with his kids. Her x doesnt financial help at all!
She looks old as heck but why is she getting botox if she keeps complaining of how she doesnt have money? Botox is close to $1000 for the whole face every few months so it is pricey and only the rich can pay for it!
