She should (and can darn sure afford to) have that ding repaired. Needs to start looking where she is driving before she gets involved in worse than a minor ding in a parking lot. Get her away from the paparazzi & cameras & maybe she can concentrate on improving her driving & getting her life back together. Too much fame at a young age isn't usually a good thing for being able to mature into a responsible adult...

You should try hitting a parked car on video tape and see what happens. Didn't this take place in like August?!? I bet the average citizen would have been charged and tried by now.

Yes and no. When I saw the video, I was absolutely pissed that she acted like she is above any normal laws of society. Not to mention that she only cared about what happened to her car and didn't even bother to check the other persons car.

In light of the whole thing, yes she should face charges but people want to make it out to be this huge accident that she fled from the scene of.

She has to obey the laws like everyone else. All she had to do was leave a note and her phone number. I believe that it was a parked car not sure. She should know that her every move is being filmed. Duh!
