Another day, another celebrity addiction confession. "I couldn't predict where I was going to end up at the end of the night," Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong tells Rolling Stone of the alcohol and prescription drug abuse that led him to rehab after his public meltdown last September.

"I'd wake up in a strange house on a couch. I wouldn't remember how. It was a complete blackout," he says, opening up for the first time since he smashed his guitar onstage and shouted, "I'm not f---ing Justin Bieber, you motherf---ers" at last year's iHeartRadio festival.

But Armstrong's lifestyle seems to be more the rule than the exception in Hollywood. TMZ reported today that Lindsay Lohan may have been drinking just before she crashed her Porsche last June. What happened to that "comeback" we've heard so much about?

While Lohan's misbehavior isn't exactly a surprise anymore, sometimes we don't see it coming — like when Eva Mendes checked into Utah's Cirque Lodge in 2008, reportedly for substance abuse issues. Or when adorable "Sixth Sense" star Haley Joel Osment pleaded no contest to one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of possession of marijuana in 2006.

Still other stars have overcome their demons — like seemingly squeaky-clean "Glee" star Cory Monteith, who told Parade he went to rehab at 19 to deal with substance abuse issues. And ex-Disney star Demi Lovato, who revealed that promoters used to give her drugs and alcohol "to stay 'up.'"

It's reassuring to know a responsible, dedicated, truth telling
competent professional such as yourself has a watchful eye
on our health care industry. You talk a lot of sense. Maybe
you should go undercover into the inpatient mental health care
system to really expose to the public what's going on. Keep
up the great work! That you have not yet been promoted to a
high ranking administrative position only evidences the
industry's widespread cover up and corruption.

It sounds like you probably hold advanced degrees in
clinical and forensic psychology. Have you spoken, in
confidence of course, to any other professionals in the
field who might have feedback or insights to offer regarding
the findings of your behavioral study?

I am well aware of the dangerous and morally reprehensible corruption and medical fascism of the
psychiatric industry. Federal investigations have found
many people, especially teens, are being locked up for
care they don't want or need (these places don't make
anyone better) in what is a flagrant violation of the most
basic civil rights (federal law considers commitment to
be de facto imprisonment.) Many many fines and
sanctions have been leveled against numerous psychiatric
hospitals by the government. The abuses have been
found to be rampant. Whatever anyone may say or think
about you the events you report are very serious and need to be investigated by the appropriate governmental
agencies. You must know at least some of the victim's
names and they are minors. Your accounts can possibly
be corroborated in an investigation. Workplace abuse is
very emotionally upsetting and damaging. I highly
suggest you talk to an insightful compassionate trained
professional (a psychologist not a psychiatrist, they are
Nazi con artists ) about what you went through and your
feelings about all of it so you can find some healing.

OSSINING — Stony Lodge Hospital, a psychiatric facility serving children and adolescents, is closing its inpatient program following years of noncompliance and citations over patient care, a state mental health official said.

The state Office of Mental Health, along with the state Commission on Quality of Care and Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities, issued a 30-day cease and desist order April 13 after identifying issues with “incident management and supervision of patients,” OMH spokesman Michael Seereiter said.

The order prohibited the 61-bed hospital from admitting new patients. Seereiter said Stony Lodge “unilaterally decided to close the facility” as a result of the order.

Seereiter said Stony Lodge had a cease and desist order in 2009.

More recently, he said, OMH and Quality of Care were notified of a number of incidents including patient-on-patient violence.

“The pattern of incidents, and the hospital’s failure to take appropriate corrective action resulted in the cease and desist order prohibiting new admissions, issued on April 13, 2012,” Seereiter stated in an email.

“On April 17, 2012, the hospital announced its intention to close. Stony Lodge Hospital’s executive director then requested assistance from OMH in locating appropriate placements for the hospital’s patients.”

OSSINING — Stony Lodge Hospital, a psychiatric facility serving children and adolescents, is closing its inpatient program following years of noncompliance and citations over patient care, a state mental health official said.

“On April 17, 2012, the hospital announced its intention to close. Stony Lodge Hospital’s executive director then requested assistance from OMH in locating appropriate placements for the hospital’s patients.”

Kevin Czipo, Stony Lodge’s CEO and executive director, released a statement on the matter.

“Outpatient mental health services at Stony Lodge remain open, but our inpatient program will soon be closed by governmental order of the New York State Office of Mental Health, which ordered us to discontinue all admissions,” Czipo said. “We have appealed for help to the governor and to Senators (Jeffrey) Klein and (David) Carlucci. Our goal is to reopen the inpatient program while we continue the outpatient services. We are further burdened by excessive and extraordinarily high property taxes from the town of Ossining, which we continue to appeal.”

Czipo declined to discuss any further details on the situation.

Is this where you worked? If so I'm sure the state
authorities want any information and leads to more
evidence you may be able to provide. It's painful and
frustrating to be under the thumb of power that is corrupt
and has no regard for the law. When you are in the situation it is your reality. When the law catches up
with the violations and abuses the whole circumstance
radically changes and people get into a lot of trouble.
You need to come forward. It may lead to the hospital
being shut down or at least not allowed to continue the
outpatient services. Wait til property taxes are the least of their worries if they're hit with punative fines and possibly
regulatory civil and or criminal charges.

While I sympathize with the ordeal you've gone through
(our workplaces and society as a whole have been put in the hands of unethical bullies) I must take issue with the
constant references to drug and alcohol use. 12 step
programs have lied to the society about drugs and alcohol
and those who use or abuse them. You have been
taught by the culture that leveling these charges and
labels automatically with no examination of actual conduct
discredits and invalidates anyone. This value system is
false, fascist and immoral. Bill Wilson was an abusive
con artist and bully long after he stopped drinking. 12
step programs must be exposed, defunded, debunked
and removed from our health care and legal systems.
The fraudulent cultural narrative and societal influence
they have enacted must be opposed and ended.

Psychiatric drugs are far more powerful and dangerous
than street drugs. They are being handed out with
abandon and no accountability. An adult has a right to
choose medication but it should be a LAST RESORT
for children. What is being done to our children is
criminal ! The medical fascism of the psychiatric industry
(which is blindly accepted at face value by legal institutions and the general public) has joined forces
with the 12 step industry. They are making billions of
dollars, violating the law and civil rights, defrauding the
public and stealing health care dollars and hurting many
many lives. There is a vast body of clinical research and
data and it all shows 12 step lies that have been presented as proven medical fact to be completely false.
This must be the biggest and most widespread case of
medical fraud in US history. Even those who oppose 12
step programs use the lingo and false constructs that
have permeated our society. This is a dangerous cult
that has scammed the country with propagandizing,
outright lies and bullying. The public needs to pay attention and be educated about this. Where is the outrage? EVERYONE is impacted by this economically,
societally, psychologically, legally, culturally and morally.
