Grammy Nominees Unveiled: Who Deserves Album of the Year?

Her songs are amazing! And she has a great voice!

First of all, Rihanna and Bruno Mars don't deserve to be on this list, both of them suck. Second of all, Adele is a very natural and good singer, Lady Gaga is strange but she is also good. Foo Fighters deserve it mainly because they recorded it flawlessly on analog tape in a garage making it impossible to cut out and edit mistakes (mistake=rerecord). Butch Vig helped produce it, he played in Garbage and is the producing legend behind Nirvana's Nevermind as well as other albums. And underneath it all this album was the best one of all, Adele's new album was good and so was Lady Gaga's but they all had too many throw away tracks. Foo Fighters are a light in the dark for what music used to and still should be and you have to respect that. Also they're just absolutely amazing.

So the fact that no one wants to hear what anyone else says means that no one wants to listen or formulate opinions. Therefore negating one of the essential qualities of humans, the ability to hold conversations and better things through criticism. Add that form of reasoning to the fact that this is a site where people solely voice opinions and/or criticism, not to mention this IS a page where you post who you think is most deserving of a grammy and discuss it. I'm confused with your reasoning...

Adele deserves to win, but it is nice to see the grammy's acknowledging a quality rock production for once (Foo Fighters). Bruno Mars is amazing also!

Adele All the way. The best I think artist in the last 10 years. Lady Gaga doesnt deserve Sh*t. Adele=real voice no autotune crap. Lady Gaga= Snobby Libreal propgantist who seems to abuse the use of autotune. Adele is a real sing with real talent Lady Gaga is not or Rihanna. Im glad the top two are real artist with real talent.

pardon my languag but,maybe if u got ur head outta ur big fat a$$ ud understand tht lady gaga is 100% real voice,no autotune 2 it! adele is just like taylor swift,always singing bout the same old thing: either about a guy she likes,or how a guy dumped her. gaga is about much much more than that.

Learn To spell and evaluate music Adele comes from deep down without autotune. Lady Gaga obviously uses autotune her music sounds complety digital half the time. Shes fake Adele's not. Simple as that.

Have you ever been to a Lady Gaga concert? I've been to a few and I can tell you for a fact there's no autotune at all! Gaga is one of the most real artists in the industry today. Granted her songs have autotune beats in background and nice synth sounds but gaga herself isn't autotuned. Adele isn't fake either but don't bash other artists before you actually know what they're all about.

i thnk lady G bc shes inspired the most ppl with her album and i personally beleive tht she is the best artist out there.

I mean come on, A band who's members have also played in mediocre bands like Scream, Nirvana, Them Crooked Vultures, Tom Petty and The HeartBreakers, Pearl Jam, Sunny Day Real Estate, Alanis Morrisette, and Queens Of The Stone Age, Queen, Pink Floyd, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. A band who managed to record their albums flawlessly on traditional analog tape in a garage compared to an $800,000 recording studio, refusing cut out and edit their mistakes. A band that released such awful hits like This Is A Call, Big Me, X-Static. Monkey Wrench, Hey Johnny Park, Everlong, My Hero, February Stars, Breakout, Stacked Actors, Next Year, Learn To Fly, All My Life, Times Like These, Best Of You, Skin and Bones, Wheels, The Pretender, Let It Die, Long Road To Ruin, Rope, White Limo, Bridge Burning, These Days, Dear Rosemary, Arlandria, and Walk. And a band that consistently stays true to the roots of rock and roll without digitalizing their music. I mean come on, Lady Gaga totally takes this one.

Point taken, but Coldplays genre is just so melancholy, I can't tell if I want to enjoy life or kill myself when listening to them. I liked their old stuff a lot but their new stuff is just way too watery sounding for my taste
