Never heard of George McCrae. Have heard it on radio but never associated it.

I think music like this lacks on radio these days.

The two radio stations (NEW-FM and KO-FM) in my region that used to delve into 60s and 70s rock, disco, funk etc from my youth now have bent to the pressure of ratings and rarely play anything prior to 1980.

I miss that mild disco sound.

Neat old video. Amsterdam I'm guessing because of the boats. Beautiful song and he really did a cool video to go with it. I had never seen that before.

A bit of musical trivia; that song was originally meant for KC & the Sunshine Band, but KC's voice wasn't a high enough register, so it was passed onto George McCrae.
