It's not uncommon for political figures in positions of power to write about their experiences. Barack Obama wrote a best selling book, "The Audacity of Hope," before being elected as President. The Clinton's wrote a successful book called "My Life" and Ronald Reagan wrote "An American Life" which didn't sell well. President George W. Bush would like to write a book about his experience as President of the United States, and the hard times he went through.
Bush told CNN that he will start writing his book when he returns home to Texas in January. In the book, George Bush will describe the decisions he had to make, the moments of extreme pressure and the tough calls. Funny thing: publishers would kill to have Laura Bush's memoirs... even willing to offer her seven figures!

Can you believe how many jokes are here about how stupid he is? I don't think he is the brightest crayon in the box either but my question is really about those who voted him into office the first place. How bright could they be to elect him twice?

There is a reason his favorability rating are so low you know, its not because he did such a great job the last several years.
I don't think he kept us any safer then we were before 9/11.
As far as the last two years when there is only a majority by one vote, nothing is going to get accomplished and then add to that how much Bush has used his veto pen obviously nothing will get done. So blame whoever you want on the last two years, I choose to blame them all for doing nothing but fighting and not working together.
