I remember the first time I ever saw David Bowie, I though it was a woman who called herself David Bowie. Like a man calling himself Alice Cooper. Then they pulled off his top, and I realized it was a man. Later, he dropped the gender blender image, and started wearing oversized suits. I never cared for either his music or that of Kiss. But I was surprised to find out that Gene Simmons' real name is Chaim Weitz. Sounds like an Israeli president.
No contest. Gene is a business savvy actor/singer for Kiss. Bowie is Ziggy Frickin Stardust, (the original) Major Tom, not to mention the Goblin King. Kidding aside, Bowie is a musical Midas. I grew up with both guys music, there is no comparison here.
