It's absolutely perfect for a great workout....better than Zumba Dance....

Something about it reminds me of so many different dance styles....and I had to laugh at
his "Hammer Time" shorts...(referring to MC Hammer and his Harem Pants),,,this guy has Harem Shorts...perfect for this dance....certainly good for the joints and muscles...better take a few Ibuprophen an hour before tho....
My daughter, a dancer, and dance teacher, says this is an all body workout...and really good....

I have been to Seoul Korea and Gangnam is the richest neighborhood in Korea. And probably one of the richest neighborhoods in the world if not the richest. So it kind of is an I'm so rich type of song. Beverly Hills has nothing on Gangnam.
