Note to Jessica Biel: When you take the hem up on your dress, havve the tailor press it.
For me, Hough wins hands down, with Jessica Alba next then Gisele Bundchen. Incidentally, I'd place Johansson's dress fourth, with Kristen Stewart's mishmash and Biel's wreck last.

And honestly she's wearing the only outfit that there's nothing 'off' about it.
