+7SAndra Bullock! Not Even Hardly. You forgot to mention Barbara Streisand, Bette Midler, and a few other overpaid, underthe 100 year old mark that exemplifies yhe word..Frumpy and UGLY! Actually, none of those mentioned here with the ëxception of Britney Spears... come under the category of "Frumpy!
Frumpy?????
Ke$ha always looks like a mess anymore. But I guess you can't expect much from someone drinking their brain cells away til even auto-tune can't fix her. She's quickly catching up with Spears.
Chloe looks like she got dressed in the dark in that god-awful picture, that or was trying to start a new fashion trend and failed horribly. Or even worse, on her way to her next "client", if you know what I mean.
For the record, I didn't find Helena frumpy-looking at all in that pic. She just looks like.... well, she looks like herself. That's purely Helena. And Helena is hot. I don't see why she's in second place for frumpiest, but whatever.
Also what definition of "frumpy" are you using? How can Helena be on a "frumpy" list? :/
Frumpy is defined as dowdy and unkempt. The only person who really fits that definition is Drew.
Sandra: she's in a role, so that doesn't count
Chloe: she's attempting to look hot, but it didn't work
Helena: sexy
Ke$ha: trashy, yes, but not frumpy
Mischa: maybe in that pic, but not usually
Brit: a whore but nothing like frumpy
Miley: ....are you serious?
I think it fits the unfashionable part.
