Sometimes hot, sometimes not. Depends on the density and quality of the person's skin. And their sex, since being a heterosexual man does not really do me any favors towards finding them hot on other guys, haha.

I only get them across my nose and under my eyes, and that's only if I'm out in the sun a lot. I love how they look on me and most others. It either gives the sweet sun-child look or a wicked mischievous look.

well for one thing, sometimes if you have a lot of freckles you tend to have really sensitive skin towards the sun, and yes freckles are attractive on some people but they don't on me, i might not have freckles but i know they would look ugly on me.
