Growing up a southern belle, I eat sleep live college football. ESPCIALLY University of Arizona & Baylor Football. College football to me has more meaning. It shows school spirit. Go Bears. Go wildcats.

Are you old enough to have been around in the days of Woody and Bo?
Michigan made a big mistake a few years ago by going out of its comfort
zone a few years ago and hiring a coach from W.Virginia. Biggest mistake
ever and they are still trying to get back to their norm. They have the most
exciting player in college football today, and they have a new coach who
has been building a good old Michigan defensive line..........

Denard Robinson can throw.........

But boy can he run, and he is fearless!

What early 50s to last 70s. I was born after the 50s and before the 70s. I was around for the Michigan Appalachian State game.

Those two coaches were legend.....and most people, especially those in the
Big 10, are familiar with their records and tactics....

If that is what led to the hiring of the coach from W.Virginia, we lost a lot more
that day than a game. Going outside the Michigan inner circle for a coach
was one of the biggest mistakes ever!

You didn't ask me if I knew who Woody Hayes or Bo, I can never remember how to spell his last name Schelembeck or something like that, was. I am well aware of it and the rivalry.

The owner of the company I work for is a huge Michigan fan and grad.

That was a sad day. I don't know what lead to that hiring. I know it upset a lot of Michigan fans.
