In our view, Brolin was totally overlooked during awards season for his performance as George W. Bush in 2008's "W."

Hollywood has a new President. The first photo of Daniel Day-Lewis as Abraham Lincoln in next year's "Lincoln" has emerged, and it's pretty convincing. (Daniel, you had us at the beard.)

The shot of Day-Lewis as Lincoln -- taken by Twitter user Michael Phillips (@uvamichael) -- has stirred up a lot of buzz for the December 2012 flick.

Based on historian Doris Kearns Goodwin's 2005 biography "Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln," the Steven Spielberg movie focuses on the final months of Lincoln's life (and presidency). Tommy Lee Jones will play Republican leader Thaddeus Stevens; James Spader, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Sally Field have also been cast.

But when it comes to pretend presidents, there are so many good ones to choose from. From Day-Lewis in "Lincoln" to Harrison Ford's fictional president in "Air Force One" to Josh Brolin in "W.," click through our slideshow and let us know: Which actor made the most convincing president?

Am I the only one who thinks that American Dad and Famly Guy have the worst looking Bush and that he never even comes close to looking like the real Bush? They also have a pretty poor looking Clinton.

Then we better find one because we have yet to wipe out all the terrorists. Then again we really didn't try hard enough, we worried more about Iraq, a country who didn't take part in 9/11.

Yeah..., sure. Kill the truth in media law allowing for the right-wing media to appear and start brainwashing the public with all their conspiracy theories. Now look at the right-wing nut-jobs that are out there hoping to run the Country!

While we're at it, let's get rid of all the regulation standing in the way of big business being able to over compete with small business, so they can destroy all the small business competition. It will also allow big business to grow into Mega-Corporations that are too big to fail, requiring the need for the federal government to always step in to bail them out with taxpayer money. It will also allow them to hold the strings in Washington D.C., controlling every move all Conservative politicians, and even some Democrats make.

This is what we got from Regan, and I think if he really knew what would be the result of his efforts, he never would have done it.

I have to disagree with FDR. I think that the movie showed a mean, angry man who abused his staff and always yelled for every little reason. Wasn't inpressed at all and didn't feel like FDR was talking. Plus the Pearl Harbor speech was wrong. The movie said "I regret to tell you that 3,000 lives have been lost" when the real Roosevelt said been "very many lives". Plus 2,400 died not 3,000. But most of the blame goes on the Michael Bay to writing a poor story. Most of the other movie was good.

If he puts as much in to this character as he does the rest of what he's done nobody will even be close. The only other actor I know that completely changes as much as him with each part is Johnny Depp.

Seems there are historical choices and some we could not verify as if their voices or tone were as displayed in their respected movies/shows. Harrison just touched me as being the closest of what I would expect a president to do and act accordingly. Here is another from you-tube:

Which actor made the best President?

Why, Ronald Reagan of course. Here he is playing the lead role in "Chief Executive":

You have got to give Ronnie extra points for how deeply he immersed himself in the character! Although my favorite Ronnie moment was when he took a bit of time out of his busy schedule to star in that Genesis video!
