I cannot abide that intentional throwing no matter who is throwing the pitch. Just play the darned game the right way. Some would rather go for the head and make an attempt to maim someone. Well, mascots are meant to look kooky. But I will take our green parrot over what the Phillies have any day of the week. I do not even know what that is. And if you think the parrot is bad, you have not seen our pierogi mascots, those are pretty crazy.

But a Pittsburgh sports team fan is a true fan, and sticks with even the Pirates, the major league team who is the farm team for the rest of MLB.
