My vote is ICK !! I've learned the hard way with recent kidney stones and two surgeries that soda is NO GOOD for you and I don't drink it now.
The smart and healthy alternative is lots and lots of water and juices.

Just make sure you're drinking the right type of juices as well my lady.

I drink only 100 % juices like cranberry juice, pasteurized apple juice, prune and grape juice. Believe me friend, I have been so sick and it has literally changed my life and my diet for the better. No junk food, sugar, sodas or processed foods for me. I learned the hard way how to discipline myself and to be very health conscious. I am recovering now and I've learned a great lesson and that is to take good care as to what I eat and minimize stress as well.

My resolutions for healthy living are great but I am still in pain from the surgeries. I'm still not feeling as well as I thought I'd be by now. Please pray for me. I'm not much for looking back and I will always take better care of myself. Drink lots of water my friend. I assure you that the last thing you want is kidney stones. It's a horror.
