Bruce Lee's body is nearly impossible to reincarnate, you would almost have to die to do it, literally..Bruce Lee flexing upper body!

Get into bodybuilding; you will see physiques that top Bruce Lee every day. And not everyone is a freak, in the natural lower weight classes you will see naturally cut and unbelievably lean bodies better then Lee's. Though he's a fantastic specimen of his time.

I guess it depend's on what you consider the best shape. I've never seen a body that was quite like Lee's. I've seen bigger and stronger yes, but he has definition, balance and almost non-existent body fat.

/Just an example as there are far better. I find Lee's balance falls apart as soon as you start comparing his other body ratios to his neck alone. Lean/definition, sure, but easy to be lean when you are that tiny.

    I personally admire:

Anyone who puts their life on the line to push the boundaries of human limitation that much and succeed's is a man who deserves respect in my book haha. Different kettle of fish altogether though as they are juiced up on more hormones then KFC chicken.

How functional is it to big so big. I bet this guy runs just like a fat guy, and breaths twice as hard. Imagine what that does to one's body. It's just like being obese, the only difference is that he's obese with muscles.

lol you would be so so surprised, Kevin Levrone also just as big as branch and another of my all time favs; watch.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?...

Keep in mind most of the crazy ass photos you see are when they have just pumped their muscles full of blood. So the veins are massive and the muscles far larger. This is what kevin looks like in one of those crazy shots. Doesn't look like the same guy as the video right? Thats what is so impressive to me, being able to morph from huge to insane just by training.

larger kevin crazy shots guy video impressive morph huge insane

Also you might not realize but the food these guys eat is far cleaner then 99.9% of the rest of the population. Lean chicken, kilograms of green vegies, rice, nuts, fish. Growth hormone is used as well, sure. But it only facilitates what they work incredibly hard for, otherwise they would just be another disproportional meat head.

Bruce did everything though, he didn't just focus on one form. He practiced kong fu, gong fu, nearly every type of martial arts one could think of, western style boxing, etc. etc. Not to mention he created his own style of martial arts, Jeet Kune Do, and he was a very profound philosopher. His body was perfectly formed and wasn't ridiculously toned. Now-a-days, bodybuilders get over-toned, so much so that it's disgusting. That's just my opinion though.

Well yeah but this is a comp for the finest 'specimen' not all round diversity. That award would go to Arnie. Mr Olympia many times, movie-star in some of the biggest blockbusters of our time, and Governator :) Le is up there in this category though.

I suppose it is one's opinion, but I believe if someone uses steroids or growth hormones, it kind of takes away from how much work you have to do for that look. One should rely on their diet and own determination, not questionable substances. I am still a fan of Arnold, though.

It can be argued that Bruce Lee was an athlete.

I Imagine Bruce on that new American ninja warrior or whatever it's called. Lee would dominate that type of thing.
