It's not easy to make Emma Stone look ugly. Which is perhaps why the makers of the new movie "The Help" came up with this monstrosity for her head:

Kidding aside, Stone's character "Skeeter" Phelan is supposed to look somewhat homely in the flick, based on the best-selling book about Southern belles in the 1960s who mistreat their black "help."

Skeeter is the nice one who can't land a husband -- and she also happens to be the reason why flat-irons were invented.

While Stone's hair is so distracting that it deserves it's own credit in the movie, we've seen even worse. I love how there isnt a single choice for a BLACK actor, or actress....cmon....are we that sensitive we hide our true opinions just to be "politically correct"? i guess not...well im gonna go with young black woman on the MATCH.com commercial with the god awful spaced out dreads...its pretty disgusting...anyone know what im talking about? theres prolly like 6 or 7 locks of dread on he head so she looks somehwat bald, with random sections of dreadlock...hahahaha....i know...im such a freaking racist....actually im not...tht bitch just has really bad hair!!!!!!!!!!

ROTFL-I picked Melanie's because people actually went to a lot of effort to get that look and that is really bad! Cameron Diaz's is awful but only because it looks like no attempt was made-the look her character was supposed to have. Jennifer Lopez looks beautiful with no makeup and a styleless haircut-she has good bones. You just can't make her ugly. Glenn Close may have played a scary character but that hair was pretty normal for the eighties and she doesn't look too bad in it. Emma Stone's and Jim Carrey's look artificially bad-fake-trying to hard to be bad hair. And so my second pick, the runner up is actually Taylor Lautner. That long hair piece looks hideous. It doesn't suit him and I sure didn't picture Jacob looking like that when I read the book even though I knew he had long hair.

And I wonder why you guys think Emma's frizzy hair is ugly, I love those curls, they are so adorable.

I just have to say, and this is just my own personal opinion. I don't think it was too much of a stretch to make Cameron Diaz look ugly. I've always thought she looked kinda like someone rand over her face and flattened it out or something. Kinda has a Joker mouth now too. Maybe it's just bad plastic surgery, but yack! Not glamorous at all. I'm sure I'm the only person on the planet can't understand what everyone thinks is so "hot" about her.

It was *really* difficult choosing between Jim Carrey's hair, Cameron Diaz's, and Melanie Griffith's. There's such a *wrongness* about Carrey's, yet Diaz's looks like pubes... In the end I chose Griffith's because I just hate that 80's hair...

On a side note, Emma Stone's hair is *gorgeous*! I would kill to have hair like that naturally. It's beautiful!!!
