He's a twerp. Grow up, Son. About to be 40 years old and still writes rhymes like a immature little 14-year-old kid. Listen to REAL Hip-Hop with intelligence and wisdom like The Roots, Gangstarr, Talib Kweli and the like.....

In you opinion maybe but in my eyes he is f**king genius and he's probably been through more sh*t in his life than you or me and still got back on his feet and started rapping again (and for record I'm a f**king 14 years old period

And learn to express yourself in a respectable, intelligent manner. Your generation is doing a very feeble job at representing itself grammatically. Also, do not presume to think that anyone has "been through more than you and me". People are full of crap, and would like you to believe that they've had a "really hard time". When in reality, NO ONE in America has had THAT hard of a time, compared to someone in say, Sudan, Somalia, Iraq or Sao Paulo, Brazil. Life is what you make of it in America. We have more opportunity than ANY other country in the world. If you don't believe me, look into a man named Wesley Willis (RIP). He was a 300 lb, Schizophrenic Black man who was abused all his life while growing up, that ended up being a successful underground Musician as well as an awesome artist. He got dealt one of the worst hands anyone could be dealt and he STILL prevailed!

Brazil lol they are richer than Britain what are you on about?

You don't know what you're talking about. There may be some rich folks there, but look at their ghettos, some of the biggest and most dangerous in the world.

Yes I do and i'm not stupid just research it and how comes Brazil still get money even though they like the 6th richest in the world? It's called scandal. So what if they have ghettos America has ghettos, Britain has then, France, Germany, India and well every country has then and your point is?
  • ģhøṡτ øώl Gangste... 2012/08/06 12:28:33
    ģhøṡτ øώl
Really? American Ghettos and British Ghettos pale in comparison to the ones in South America. Period. Google doesn't have the answer to everything. And most people who are stupid don't even realize it. "Britain has 'then'... and well every country has 'then'...."

    Good luck in life. "Gangster"

I don't always use Google for your information. Just because I know what's going around Britain.

It may not be to your taste and you obviously know about good music but to deny his talent is to do yourself a disservice.

At no point did I deny his talent. It is just a shame he can't grow up and use it for more resilient and positive purposes.

But why should he? if thats how he feels then it is more honest of him to express that.

Whatever. He can act use his talents to act like a childishly cynical jackass so the insane multitude of little impressionable sheep will think it's cool to act like cynical jackasses. That is his freedom. But, Great. That's just what we need. (SIGH)

Everyone conveniently has an excuse for EVERYTHING these days. No one sucks it up and takes responsibility for their actions. Especially nonsensical ones. Your generation is perfecting a philosophy of unaccountabilty. It will all catch up in the long run though. The law of entropy. Everything falls into disorder. Especially when sped up by those with all excuses, no principle and no nous.

His rhymes are widely considered to be the most audacious and intricate by the rappers that you have just mentioned. Have you even listened to any of his lyrics?

I sure have. "Stick my penis in your anus". Nonsense. And audacity is a method of despair and pandering.

HAHAHAHAAAA. Actuall, there are plenty of better examples:
' I am the worst thing since Elvis presley,
To do black music so selfishly
And used it to get myself wealthy.'

That doesn't impress me at all. My favorite M.C. is Black Thought, from The Roots. Kinda hard to top that guy, in my opinion. Wise, uplifting words from that man.

I don't think it's so much a comeback as the fact that he seems to have the right formula to maintain his status in the music world. He can step back when he wants and come right back again on top. Pretty amazing if you ask me; especially in a genre with so much competition.
